Behind the scenes

Unraveling How It Works.

  • Metro Life will pay school fees for students who have lost their parents/guardians till they complete the remaining years of their respective education levels.
  • Every student will have a maximum of two people (named upon admission to the school and insurance cover declarations) whose death will trigger payment of a claim.
  • The normal death claim documentation will be required, and the claim (school fees payment) will be made in keeping with the school approved fees payment calendar whether quarterly or semi-annually.
  • In a situation where there is No Claim up until the Student accomplish Schooling, Metro Life will refund back to the Family/Parent a portion of the Premium as a NO Claim Bonus.
